Combining my love for writing and creating with my deep passion for mental health, my holistic lifestyle, and my extensive marketing knowledge in 2020, Creative Space Social was born.

It can be challenging to navigate the online world alone, especially for those who don’t have the time or knowledge.

I work specifically with health and wellness brands such as women’s health practitioners, concierge medical practices, med spas, wellness technology companies, functional medicine providers, therapists, physical and pelvic floor therapists, nonprofits, boutique wellness studios or resorts, and other healing and health-focused businesses. This allows me to make a difference on a larger scale and aligns with the knowledge I hold in this sensitive space.

I work with phenomenal humans that align with my values. I am living my dream.

When I’m not creating or marketing, I’m learning (I have what one might call a bloodlust for knowledge), cuddling my chihuahua Cholula, taking a workshop, or somewhere in nature.
